Getting an error in a scrum board about TimeZone

After changing Time Zone on the system host of JIRA8 to +330, The time of issue created, updated, atlassian-jira.log,... were 1 hour ahead so I added CATALINA_OPTS="-Duser.timezone=+330" in setenv.sh and changed the timezone of JIRA to system Default (GMT +3330) WEB, then there problems were fixed. Now I have another problem! I get an Error during loading a scrum board:

The datetime zone id 'GMT+03:30' is not recognised
