Getting an error "Summary: You must specify a summary of the issue"

Hi Team

Upon creating an issue, I encountered an error. As my project does not require a summary, I removed both the "Default" and "Bug" screens. After the removal, some individuals did not encounter any errors, while others are still facing this issue.Screenshot 2024-01-11 at 4.51.18 PM.png

Summary is a mandatory field on all issues, as the most important field. You must fill it in during issue creation.

You need to put the field back on the screen used for creating these issue types.

Okay, so we cannot proceed without the Summary?

Hi @kalaimani

As Nic mentioned, no. Summary is a MUST to create any Jira issues.

No workaround for that.
