Getting error message while installing plugins in free version of Jira Software

In latest version of Jira Cloud (free version), I am not able t install Jira plugins like

1) Git integration with Jira (By BigBrassBand)
2) Azure Pipelines for Jira (By Azure DevOps)

I am always getting below error message for both the plugins

Rama, I don’t use the free version but would be surprised if it was possible to install addons in the free version. Have you been able to previously?

Although I just checked the pricing page and it does indicated that apps are supported.

I am trying to install add-ons on paid version of Confluence cloud and i get the same message.
