Getting error "We couldn't create the subtask"

I am getting the following error when trying to create a subtask

"We couldn't create the subtask. Check your connection, then give it another try"

(I am connected!)

The subtask does actually create, but it creates in an unusual state - saying I don't have permission to transition this issue

Was this resolved? I'm getting the same thing with a custom sub-task.

@Ann-Marie Batten I'm sorry I can't recall the exact issue. I ended up raising a support ticket and the issue was resolved within a day.
