Getting error while attaching file

Getting the below error while trying to attach file.

  • org.apache.catalina.connector.ClientAbortException: java.net.SocketTimeoutExceptionimage.png

Thank you for your inputs. Can you please let me know how to check "atlassian-confluence.log".

No problem Rishank, you will find that log under <confluence-home>/logs directory.

I didn't find the above option. Is there any alternate way ?

There doesn't seems to be any other option as it depends on the network (it could be due to slowness in your network or the server network). For now you can try increasing connectionTimeout to 40000 milliseconds (40 seconds) in server.xml file, to see if that helps.

Hi @Rishank Kumar Welcome to the community. Assuming you are on Confluence Server, can you please check atlassian-confluence.log to see detailed errors. You might want to increase connectionTimeout which defaults to 20000 milliseconds (20 seconds) in server.xml file.
