Getting error while creating Story and Sub-task using CSV file

I have created story and Sub-task in CSV file and i tried to upload to Jira cloud but getting the "Fatal error during import: Parent Issue cannot be null". But I have entered the value in issue id and parent field. 

Same file i used for Jira server and it worked. Can you please help me to figure out what i am doing wrong here. My CSV file looks like below

Summary	Issue id	Parent id	Issue Type
main story	1		Story
Sub task 1	2	1	Sub-task
Sub task 2	3	1	Sub-task

Thanks for the response!

I was getting wrong error message. Even after getting the error i continued with the import, then i came to know that actual error was with assignee field( assignee was not in the system).

Anyways thanks!. I resolved it by giving valid assignee
