Getting error while trying to backup

While trying backup getting erro, and it seems the exported file is in corrupted

Are you taking backup in Jira server or Jira Cloud..?

In the export file , (zip file)--> when open contains 2 files activeobjects and entities. Now  entities have values. active objects file has no value.

 

 

 

From where the activeobjects are coming from JIRA
