Global Issue Detail View change

Is it possible to add a field to Issue Detail View all existing and/or for newly created projects.

I know that it can be done for each board separately via Board Settings -> Issue Detail View.

Is there any way to do that once so that entire projects will be affected?

No, the boards are configured separately as teams using them may have different needs.

I have no board in my project, but i want to edit Detail view then how can i add field in Detail issue.
