Hi There,

I am trying to access the Global mail setting from Jira software -> System and then I am redirected to the page containing this error

HTTP Status 405 – Method Not Allowed

Type Status Report

Description The method received in the request line is known by the origin server but not supported by the target resource.

Apache Tomcat/9.0.62

Any help on why this happened and how to solve it?

Hi Oday, I'm getting the same status in my jira instance after upgrade jira core to version 9.0.0 when tried to open almost every plugin page.

I thing is related with Configuring XSRF Protection | Confluence Data Center and Server 7.18 | Atlassian Documentation

There are some information about "Improved XSRF protection" and "Verification of Jira web action request methods"

The only thing is that I haven't developed those plugins and i'm not sure about what should I have to do for solve this problem.

@Deckar Montiel

Please check the application component Jira mail processor plugin  and the Jira service desk application both 2 should be updated to the last version and also enabled that's solved the problem for me in the JIRA software
