I tried to use global automation with Issue Transitioned. When i look for the Start or To Status, it does show the status I am looking for. Actually it doesn't show all Statuses created in the Jira cloud instance i am using. Why is that and how can this be resolved?
Hi @Meytal BM
make sure in the automation rule config itself, the rule is set for "all projects" and not a specific one.
Hey @Nir Haimov , thanks a lot, but how do i do that in global automation?

Is seems like now it is working properly. perhaps it was an index issue to bring all the status values.
