We are currently using the Jira Free plan for a non-profit organization working under the Ministry of Health, focused on public health initiatives. As our team has now grown beyond 10 users, we are considering an upgrade to a paid plan.

I’d like to understand the best way to approach Atlassian regarding pricing and potential support for non-profit organizations. Could someone guide me on the right contact point or process to discuss this further?
