Please help me in configuring how to hide priority when a ticket in jira is a non-bug ticket. For example, it's a task and we don't need to put a "priority" level on that task.
PLEASE HELP.

Generally to hide a field you need to select the Hide option for the Field in the Field Configuration used for that issue type in the specified project, and also remove it from the Screens that are associated with the issue type in the Issue Type Screen Scheme assigned to the project.
However, I found this post from 2019 that indicates for system fields like Priority, these steps may not be sufficient to hide the field.
