Have there been any changes to Automation in Jira Cloud?

In the past, Project Administrators could select the lightening bolt icon from their project board and the link to "Add a manually triggered automation" button.

This option isn't available anymore, if you hover over the button, you see a pop up that says "You must be a project admin to add automation".

I am the Project Administrator on several projects and also one of the Site Admins for our organization but not able to use the add button mentioned above.

Steps:

Confirmed role of Administrator is correct

Confirmed Global Automation is set to allow project administrators to manage rules

Option to create Automation Rules is available when going to Project Settings > Automation

Is there a reason the lightening bolt icon no longer works?
