Having an issue while uploading attachment

While uploading an attachment to the issue the (filename) is automatically changed to (filename-1.txt). Is there any solution to resolve this issue ?

Hi @Vignesh ,

this is the sandard behaviour because there is another attachment with the same name.

There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-71490

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_  Thank you! for your answer but we have tried this also its not working. This issue is particularly arising for some jira users only.
