Having dependency customization within fields

Hi Team,

Is there any way to customize jira fields with dependencies and do field mapping

example :- *Picklist 1* do have values A,B,C
*picklist 2* have values A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,C1,C2

when user selects value A from Picklist1 can we make appear only value A1,A2,A3 only in picklist 2

Or else can we create validation to stop choosing wrong values from depending field

You can use the Select List (Cascading) custom field.
