I now have two environments, that upon either Background or Full Re-index, I get the error message:- "A task could not be found for the given task id" It is also taking up to 24 hours to perform a Full re-index!
Can anybody advise what the error message means and how I can resolve the error?

Hello @Karl Samson ~ I found this though it should have been fixed in earlier DC versions than what you're using... If the listed workaround does not work for you, I recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support.

Laurie, the fix has corrected the Re-indexing in our Pre-Prod environment, will do Production tonight. Thank you very much, Life saver!
