@Nairi salma You need to provision additional disk space.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/health-check-free-disk-space-local-home-993920185.html

Once you get the additional disk space provisioned you can then fix the index issue. https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/health-check-lucene-index-files-location-873918046.html

Hi yes @Brant Schroeder

i didn't know that required free space disk must be more than 10Go

please could you provide me a list of required Font packages , the warning is still appear

we installed those packages : fontconfig, dejavu-fonts, ghostscript, motif

Font config is a free linux library for configuring fonts.  I am not familiar with Slackware but my guess is that the font config library is available and you just need to install it.  https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/fontconfig/

If you do an install and it is not a recognized library then you will have to manually config the fonts.

thanks

For slackware 14.2 this is a package : https://slackware.pkgs.org/14.2/slackware-x86_64/fontconfig-2.11.1-x86_64-2.txz.html

ok , I'll try to download a source and compile it

Hi

the problem is due to native java version used by jira

 native version :

/opt/atlassian/jira/jre# bin/java --version
openjdk 11.0.13 2021-10-19
OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-11.0.13+8 (build 11.0.13+8)

when installing jdk11 on the system and updating JIRA_HOME on setenv.sh all errors and warnig are solved but Gdget URL has a warning

If jira must use jdk11 when you provide it with OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin

Thanks

Per Atlassian's documentation, OpenJDK is bundled and should work https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html depending on how your hosting environment is setup it could impact the install.
