Hi Team,
I have recently migrated Jira from windows to Ubuntu. All functionalities are working fine. However there is an error in attachment health checks .
I have checked the issue number as mentioned in the attachment. The attachment is available in the issue number, but its still throw the same error.
I have attached here the error screenshot with support.zip file. Kindly check and let me know to proceed further.

I just tried. file is available , however I am not able to download. got the below error message

It means that the health check is correct. Make sure that you have attachments in the data/attachments in Jira Home

Hi Alex,
After migration, I am facing this problem. even, I tried to removed the attachment from error issue. After removed, new issue popup with same attachment problem. do we have any command to see list of stories(issues) have the attachment problem.
How to fix or overcome from this problem.
Kindly advise.

Downloaded the attachment from data, attachments in existing Jira
copied into import, aattachments in new environment
Then restore the xml backup and restarted the service
Please note, my existing server is Windows OS with Postgres 9.4 and new migrated environment is Ubuntu with Postgres 9.6
