Hello, I am not able to configure new Secure Custom Field with View / Edit Permission

hello all, thank you in advance for help / advise . I install an App

Secure Custom Fields for Jira - Field Permission & Security

and created new Security Custom Field.

 I am getting an error : "Failed  to Update Permission"  for any option I choose.  Kindly advise what do I miss ?
