What is the Purpose of Custom Context and how Can i create a Custom Context ?
Do you mean context for custom fields? If so, you can create custom context for custom fields by issue type or project. It is used when you want to have something like a select list show different content by project or issue type. sometimes when you click there is extra content added to the url after the .html listed above. Copy/pasting the text will avoid that.
