Yes, I prepared for the Jira Software Essentials exam with these questions and passed it in first go. So basically, with all the learning material I had, I studied it in these exam-like questions format.
What I observed in my actual exam is, this targeted practice helped me to ace it as these questions helped me practice almost everything in the exam. I would say just 5-10% questions were surprize and made me think for a while.
That's why I put these as practice test for everyone, as I can not really share my learning material directly, it is more like hand-written notes.
