Help in getting Data in API

when i try to get options of a custom field with id 20432, i'm getting options.

but when i try to search with another id 24591 i'm getting 

""Global context does not exist for the field"".

is there a way to retrieve info regarding a particular custom field context project wise through api?

i used this getting custom field not found. please help.

Is the second custom field containing the options like the previous custom field?

Field name : SFDC source system.

it have different contexts for different projects with different values.

is it possible to get context of this custom field project wise through postman?

Yes it is possible with Postman. Make sure that for Authorization you are using basic auth, where for the username is your email address and for the password is Jira API token.

i have tried this option.

but I'm getting custom field not found error. but its actually there :'(
