Help with groovy script

Hi everyone, 

I have a request from a user who wants automation when creating a "configuration" issue type and the custom field "supplier" has multiple choices to create sub-tasks for each supplier from the multiple choices. 

I have created a groovy that works BUT creates only 1 sub-task not multiple according to the choices in the supplier custom field. 

Can someone from you give me some advice or can discuss my script (I can share it additionally) to see where I am wrong?
