I quickly googled that for you. ;) The app is free on the Atlassian marketplace, but as mentioned in the app listing, their cloud service is not: https://www.nextup.ai/pricing/slack-plans/helpdesk

So that's a bit confusing if it's listed as free but has no pricing involved with the Slack usage other then going through their site. It should be upfront in the marketplace so as not to confuse potential users.

Maybe forward your feedback to the app vendor Appfire then. 👍🏽 But they are also not hiding this information.
