Hey guys, is there a way to autofill fields into the "Description" box for Jira tickets?

Hi guys, so I work creating dev related issues for my company and for the tickets I create I have a mockup template that I copy and paste into the description of the issues being experienced, I'll include it down below for reference.

I was hoping to have it set to whenever I had a ticket of this issue type created, if this template would just automatically be applied in the description box? I know that we can add forms to Jira tickets and create are own but I prefer having this information in this description section because it's the very first thing you see after the title of the ticket.  If any of you happen to know I would love to know how.

Hi Eric!
Regarding your query, you could easily resolve it through automation, in which, as it is carried out, a certain action (an issue is created, edited, etc.) the description field is edited with the following text.

This is an example of automation:

Suppose you need the description field to contain those values when creating an issue, you can use the following automation:
MicrosoftTeams-image (13).png
Depending on what other conditions you need you can add conditions in the automation.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Greetings!
