Is there any way you can translate the error into English? I am not able to read it or run a translator against a graphic.

I am sorry, but there is not enough information in error message to understand what is going on. It just says it can't create a task but doesn't say why. 

If this is a different project, then maybe there is a required field in that project that is not present in the issue that is being cloned. 

One option is to try to do a manual clone from the first issue and see what it tells you.
