If You need help, please, unmark 'accepted' it is confused other users. They may not help because think that issue resolved.

Node-red run from Your station or from remote server? I mean if node-red running on server A and Jira placed in server B You need check port connection from A -> B.

Hi @Shreekanth B ,

How I see error is 'connection refused'. 

  1. Nothing is listening on the IP:Port you are trying to connect to.
  2. The port is blocked by a firewall.

Could You please check have you access to server, try open in browser some like as /rest/api/2/project ?
