Hi I created a dropdown field named cross team on the Epic and stories.  The story field Cross Team shows up on my dash board but not  next to the the epics. When I go to the epic I see the Cross Team field and the results but it doesn't show  on my dash board.

Can you provide a sample image of your dash board and point out where you are hoping the Cross Team field to be displayed?

Additionally, are you working with issues in a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? You can find that information under Projects > View All Project, in the Type column for the line item for your project.

Which Gadget are you using in the dashboard to show the information?

Can you provide a screen image of one of the Epics shown in the dashboard image above, showing the Cross Team field populated with data? Other data can be obscured.

Can you check if more than one field named "Cross Team" has been created in your instance? If you go to Filters > View all issues, and start typing in the field name you should see potential matches. Does more than one exact match appear?
