Hi, I wanted to ask if I have Jira on prem, can it still be integrated with Microsoft teams?

Hi @Usama Shahood ,

Thanks for writing. Of course you can.

There are a couple of solutions on the market.

If you provide a bit more of your requirements and what you try to achieve I can elaborate more or we can jump on a zoom call do discuss https://www.moveworkforward.com/microsoft-teams-atlassian-consultation.

Here is a sneak peek on those 2 solutions:

Microsoft Teams Jira Connector - Secure integration with Microsoft Teams. Allows you to have many filters, JQL, configure message content and have full control from Jira side. Soon there will be a Microsoft Teams bot that will enable even reacher integration. And an amazing support is guaranteed. With this solution you have full visibility, control over what is sent outside.

Microsoft Teams for Jira - allows you to query data from Microsoft Teams (if accounts are mapped), you can create an issue (if you don't have specific fields in your project) directly from Teams. And it is Free.

You could also use Automation for Jira, but again, I would need a bit more details to provide you more tailored response.

Hi @Move Work Forward ,

Thanks for the response. For starters I just needed to know whether Jira on prem can be integrated which you've answered already. I will convey this to our customer and if I need any further details I will connect with you on zoom. Thank you!
