As Alex suggest you, there is no email for Atlassian Support. You need to raise a ticket and mention your concern.

What plan of Jira you are currently? Free, standard, premium?

On the free plan, you will be redirected back to the community for support. (On the paid plans that do include support, you're likely to be referred to links and the community if your call is about how to use Atlassian stuff or anything else that's publically documented)
