Hide Comment Field

I am looking to hide the comment field altoghether (not limit who can use it) on transition screens in the Cloud instance of JIRA.  I have tried utilizing various codes in the "Message Custom Field (for edit)" but none of them seem to work.

I don't believe you can do it in the cloud
