Hide Timetracking for special users

we need to hide our timetracking to the customers. Is there any way to do this in jira cloud?

Can you be more specific in what you mean by "hide"?

Do you want to prevent the users from logging time against issues?

Do you want to prevent the users from seeing the time logged against issues?

Is this about the individual work log entries, or is it about the Original Estimate, Time Spent, and Time Remaining fields?

Also, is the project a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

How do you identify that a user is the "external userses of the customer"?
