We have to create 3 issues within the same issue type, each issue focuses on different part such as pricing, services, user info. We create custom issue field for each part. And for each ticket, we aim to only fill related field parts. There's chances people fill in the wrong section. eg. fill in the user info when the ticket is about pricing. Is there a way to isolate the unwanted field when setting the issue in scriptrunner? How to write the script?
Hi,
You could use Behaviour to hide the field based on a keyword in the summary.
How do make the difference between the three issues ?
idealy, we'd like to use project automation to create these issues, and based on keywords in summary, it shows different fields when edit.
