Hide or Disable a status with Custom field value condition values ?

Hi,

In below work flow

1. Sharing happens first

2. PTE engineer to review and share to R&D

3. R&D to approve or reject

4. If approves goes to QUA.

5. QUA uses custom field for approve or reject. Any results goes to PTE

6. PTE can only share  results if QUA approves

Question is :

I want to hide  or disable "TO R&D" when QUA approves. I should see only " RESULTS" button to proceed.

At present I can see both "RESULTS" and "TO R&D" buttons if QUA approves

Have renamed the transitions for ease understanding.

Need assistance, this  is on priority

You can restrict transitions from showing/being available to users with workflows:

Conditions - will hide the transition altogether, unless the condition is truthy

Validators - will throw an error when trying to transition the issue, unless the validation is truthy

The remaining question is which conditions or validators you have available on your instance, as that largely depends on your installed plugins.

We've been using a basic version of JIRA, so the

Connect to Bitbucket, Stash, FishEye or Crucible to start using triggers. are disabled.
