Hiding email address

Hi All,
some of my users asked to remove the email address from the "name card" (see attached picture) when hovering the cursor over the reporter or assignee in an issue. This is important for them because there are many customer projects in our JIRA that external users can reach. But my users don't want to popularize the internal email addresses!
Can you please suggest?
