History of what JQL queries have been run

Is there a way to get a list of JQL queries run on the system?

I have directed all employees to run a particular query.

I want to verify who actually ran the query and who didn't.

There's no recording of filters being run (and if there were, you'll have a problem as to identifying why they've been run)
