Hold status may not be required once you clicked on close transition.

• I have status HOLD with all transition.
• When i close the ticket HOLD status should not be show.
• How to solve this?

Hi @Prasad Nagarale ,

There are two approaches:

1. Remove all transitions for the status and create individual transitions for each statues. For example, HOLD > In Progress , HOLD > Closed , HOLD > Open

2. Use Conditions provided by third party apps in Transitions like previous status check which is provided by JMWE for JIRA Server app.
