Hi Everyone,
I have confusion on moving task from existing sprint to new sprint which are created already. When I reopen a task and choose new Sprint as an option, this task disappear at the backlog and board. Can you please help me to figure out moving task to other sprint?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards,
Burcin
I think your problem might be unmapped status.
You can check this by going to Backlog > Board configuration > Swimlanes and if status REOPENED is in Unmapped statuses simply drag it to one of the Columns.
Thank you for your response.
I went Backlog and I only could find Board Settings. I clicked Board Settings. And below screens opened. Then I have no idea how to do it Is there any video to find out it?
Thank you in advance.

Please supply a screenshot of what appears when clicking on "Columns" instead of "Swimlanes". There you can see if you have any unmapped statuses.

Please see ss of Columns as below. I found DONE(CHECKED) as unmapped. So how should I progress?

Someone created another column with status Done (checked) then removed the column but Status get into unmapped statuses.
I think you have 3 options:
Then you should be able to see issues in Done(checked) status on board.
Let me know how it goes.
Additionally, in my opinion on screen you provided I think it would be better if you used status Review or In Review.
Done Before checked and Done Check are kinda long and confusing for me. (But that is just my point of view )
But since I don't know your working process I may be wrong :)
