How Do I assign an idential task to multiple people.

This is similar but different to assigning one task to 10 people. 

 

For instance, if 10 individuals need to review a document, and I want to add a  task for each person, how do I do this in bulk.

How do I do it in bulk without having to create a new task or sub task for each person.  In a user friendly program like Excel or MS Project, I can view items in a list and duplicate everything for each person.  I do not want to go through and copy and then open each task.  I want to assign th he task to ea h person in a group.

More one option - create multi checkbox custom field. 

If you have 2-4 users you could create a transition + checkbox for each case. It means that when each user wants to approve an issue it presses its own button and a checkbox is set to enabled/disabled.
