I know this question was asked before but I still don't fully get it.
I'm on a free plan and I have 100 rule runs per month so I am curious how they are counted.
I read somewhere that there are global and project based rule runs and that the project once are unlimited. Is that true? Because I only intend to use the project once.
If that is not true, or even if it is, I would still appreciate if someone could explain how they are counted.
Lets say for example I make a rule that goes trough every task in a board (for example 20, 30 or more tasks), does that count as 20, 30 rule runs or just one rule run?
Hi @Relja Mihajlovic -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The packaging model and rule execution limits changed at the start of November. Please review this information completely to learn the impact for your usage: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/cloud-automation-packaging-update
Answering your specific example depends on what the rule does, as some rule actions count toward the execution limits and some do not. The article I linked above will explain what "counts" toward the limits.
In addition, there were always service limits for rules, such as total execution time and number of emails sent, per a time box. Please look here to learn about those service limits: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/automation-service-limits/
Kind regards,
Bill
