As per our working structure we have multiple technology members are working with single project like UI Developer, API Developer, UX Designer, QA Developer, etc...
For Ex. We have picked one small story in which 3 members are involved UX Designer, UI Developer and API Developer. We have created sub-task in the story.
Story point is assigned to story.
Now the question is how story point needs to be divided to each. All 3 may have not the same efforts required to complete the story.
In this case if anyone have any new idea or approach to achieve this request you to please help. We can't update the pattern of companies working structure. So we need to plan and setup the same with existing structure to achieve.
Based on the point we wants to rewards to best members or need to improvement for the week members.

Story points are not a measure of individual's effort or time. They are intended for estimating relative amounts of work for a whole team, so that the team can estimate what they can get done in the next sprint, and then reporting on how well the team estimated what they did in the sprint.
In the structure you have defined, I would add a field for measuring effort (in fact, I'd use the time estimate) and create a sub-task for each individual working on the story.
