Each issue I am importing will have it's own unique acceptance criterias that would need to be checked off as it went along. For example:
Issue: Vendor Management
AC1: Receive price estimates
AC2: Obtain PO approval
AC3: Determine schedule
I keep getting an error stating:
Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Not a valid JSON object ]
Here is how I have formatted my CSV:
What field type is acceptance criteria? In any case, if you are trying to import multiple values into the same field, all columns should have the same name, so they should all be called eg AC
It is a custom field. I had all columns labeled "AC" originally and was getting the same error. I am hoping to be able to import them all so that they are a checklist with each issue

Ok, so it does seem to be related to the fact that it's a checkbox field.
Something to keep in mind though is that a checkbox field has the same options across all issues. It actually looks like you're breaking down tasks and not describing acceptance criteria. You may want to consider making these subtasks.
Otherwise you'll need an app like Smart Checklists for Jira to have different checklists per issue.

Would an app like that enable me to import the multiple tasks per checklist in each issue via CSV? We are currently able to manually enter different tasks in the custom field "Acceptance Criteria" but the LOE involved isn't generally worth it if there is a workaround to import them in bulk.

I don't believe you can import into a custom field. You'd need to check the documentation from the app vendor to find out if you can import checklists using their app. You can import sub-tasks easily enough though.
