How can I add component feature in my project?

Trying to create a second board to my project, but i don't see the component feature to do this and when i go the setting, is not the option there.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will display at the bottom of the panel on the left.

With Team Managed projects there is only one board created and attached to the project. You can't attach additional boards to the project like you can for a Company Managed project.

You can create additional boards, but they won't be attached to the project, and they will function like the boards made with Company Managed projects. If you want to follow that path refer to this article:

Hi! thank you for your answer, I realized that the project is a Team Managed project. So I would like to know if there's  possible to create a new Company Managed project and migrate the issues of my current project?

A Jira Administrator can create a Company Managed project. You can use the Move Issue feature to move the issues from the Team Managed project to the Company Managed project. However there are caveats to that process. Review this document for more information:
