How can I ask for estimations when creating issues?

Hi there, I would like my team to give time estimations on issues when they are created, is there any way to prompt this or have it very obvious in the ticket?

Hi @Christian Lakin Dick 

You can add the Estimation field to the Create Issue screen. As @Marc - Devoteam mentioned, you can make the field required. Making the field required on the create screen may not be possible; in that case, you can add a validator (Field Required Validator), which will prevent issue creation without an estimate.

Based on the field you use for estimation you could make this field mandatory in the Field configuration used within the Field Configuration scheme of the project.

This if your project is a company managed project.
