We are using meeting notes from confluence. From some meeting notes users create Jira tasks. Now my question:
In some meeting notes the Jira task is displayed with the Key, Description and Status. Some meeting notes show only Key and Status.
I would like to customize the view how the Jira task should be displayed in confluence. I would like to show the users the Key, Description, Assignee, Due Date and the status. But I'm in the tunnel and I don't know how to solve this problem. Any help and hint?
Hi Robert,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to customize how the ticket appears on Confluence. If you copy the URL and paste on the page it will show Issue type icon, issue key, summary and status.
If you copy only the issue key it will only show the issue key.
In this case, the best option would be adding the macro Jira to use a filter, and then you can choose the columns.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Angélica
