I want to configure a project where Administrators can see and work with all the issues and other project roles users just can see and work with the issues where they are reporters and assignees.

Is that possible?

How can I do it?

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens ,

You can do this by changing the permission scheme.

In the browse projects permission you need to only allow:

  • Project role: Administrators
  • Assignee
  • Reporter

Go to project settings > Permissions > Actions > Edit permissions

Worked!

Pretty simple. Thank you!

Hi @Joan Andreu Juan Torrens ,

Welcome to the community :)

Here the browse permission that determines who can view the issues of a project. If the browser permission given to any user they can view the issues.

Presently there is a bug in the system when you grant browser permission to reporter, current assignee or any customer value field the project became visible to all user who have access to your site. The purpose that only if users added to the these permission can view the issue fails

You can set up issue security scheme here :

Please find the KB article here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/limit-users-to-only-browse-issues-assigned-to-reported-by-them-in-jira-cloud-1252327979.html

Thank you
