How can I convert the csv file to xlsx for the Xray Test Runs Report?

I have filtered and downloaded the Test Runs Report in Xray. But I can't convert the CSV file to Excel so that it looks like the report I see in Xray.

CSV is a relatively simple format of a table-like data set in a file.

The easiest way to convert it to (the more complex format of) an xlsx file, open it in a spreadsheet program (ideally Excel as it defaults to xlsx) and save it as xlsx.
