I can only create SCRUM or Kanban boards. I do need a board (at least a basic TO DO - PROGRESS - DONE) for my Business type projects.
The first image of your site for Jira CORE is a board...
There's an entire section that states you can have boards in Jira CORE as a feature...
So can you please explain me how to create the board for business projects?
You don't create a board for a business project, they're always there. In Cloud.
On Server, you can't, you have to use a Kanban or Scrum board.

Still cannot link my Kanban board to my Business project.
I'm creating a Kanban board, linking it to the Business project, changing the Statuses to the ones accepted in the board. Nothing, I still can't see my issues in the board.
Is there a way to do this in the self hosted server? Shall I start over and change my project type to Software and then create a Kanban Board?

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I just realized that the Sub-Filter of the board was filtering everything... Deleting the "fixversion in unreleasedversion() OR fixversion is EMPTY" fixed the non-display issue.
Thanks for the time anyhow!
