How can I disable the new experience globally for all users on JIRA software cloud?

We started configuring JIRA Software - Cloud in the old UI. Documentation reflects the old UI. Pilot to start in about a week. New users will be logging in for the first time and see the new UI and not the old.

I want/need to disable the new UI globally, so that the documentation will match up.

HELP PLEASE!

Unless I'm mistaken, and I know I'm not for my instance, election of the new UI is by user not global. Now it may not be the case for new accounts?

Unfortunately, I am asking because of the new accounts logging into the new UI. I know individually, it can be changed, but I wanted the new user to see the documentation that was being put together for the configurations done under the old UI. So NOT looking forward to redoing screen shots for documentation, and learning the "new experience" in a day or two prior to training others.

+1 I also need to know if this is possible. The new UI just isn't mature enough for me to train new users on. I need to set it up so everyone just gets the current (working) UI by default.
