How can I download all the attachment in JIRA Cloud?

I need download all the attachment in JIRA, i saw the system dosen't have any option like that, someone know a add-on in JIRA Cloud that let me do that.?

You need to do a whole backup of JIRA instance, you can find more information in the Administering Jira Cloud Applications.

I have that file but all the attachment doesn't have extension and i can't read any document.

how can i read it or how can know the extension of the files.
